Our Acoustic Enclosures have been developed out of several design
and prototype tests before they could be proven on field for quality & performance.
Acoustic enclosures are a thoughtfully crafted and designed keeping in mind the
need for natural air circulation without loss of any power for the ventilation
fan. Each DG set with enclosure undergoes strict quality checks & testing
to achieve high-end performance.
The enclosure enables reduction of 20-25
db A, thus at 1 mtr distance under free field condition, it measures 75-80 db
A.
The Acoustic Enclosure generally comprises the following:
The structure/ profile is made out of quality CRCA sheet steel
The roof,
sidewalls, integral partition & doors are all sandwich design made out of
quality CRCA sheet steel
The acoustic enclosure is natural cooled &
maintain 
t (Temp. difference
with air ambient) of 5 -7 º Cent. If need arises articulated ventilation
is also considered.
The sound absorption material is selected from either
mineral wool/non-igniting foam of relevant thickness & density to meet the
performance.
The enclosure construction provides sufficient access for
maintenance work
The control panel is suitably mounted inside the enclosure
& enclosure door is provided with panel viewing Window made from glass/ acrylic
& sealed with neoprene rubber gasket
