control, analysis & product revisions. Our commitment to quality has helped
HTC diesel engines gain the quality approvals of MMD (Mercantile Marine Department),
IRS (Indian Registrar of Shipping) and RITE (Rail India Technical Economic services

| Manufacturing & Testing |
Our engines are manufactured
as per 1S: 10001 under strict quality control in our well-equipped factories.
We ascribe to the ownership model of manufacturing wherein rewards are assessed
in terms of complaint-free  units
manufactured. Each worker is rewarded for complaint-free performance during the
first 100-hours of running. This ensures high quality, reliability and responsibility.
To ensure consistency and reliableperformance all our engines undergo rigorous testing for 2 hours as per DIN, BS and BIS norms. Besides these tests are preceded by around 100 pre-assembly component checks. Every engine is tested on hydraulic and electronic dynamometers to ensure dependability. HTC quality means low maintenance costs which means dramatic savings and complete value-for-money. |
